would come again
The luxury king room was super clean with a very comfy bed, a spacious seating area, and a great view of the city. Loved the air conditioning and the spa facilities, especially the hot tub and sauna. The staff was really nice. Valet service was smooth, making check-in a breeze. The whole vibe was just fun!

We loved the spacious Luxury Queen Room and the excellent housekeeping service. The staff were attentive, especially at the front desk, making our trip for the concert enjoyable. We even visited THE ROASTED BEAN for delightful treats that the kids adored!
For dads, it would be great to have more dining options for children. The limited choices made it tough to find meals everyone liked.

Not for the faint of wallet.
The staff were super friendly, especially a waitress at the restaurant who made my day. Coffee was free and surprisingly good, helped me wake up for the games.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but you know what they say about quality.

The Luxury King Room was super comfy! The bed felt amazing and it was really spacious. Cleanliness was on point, which I loved. The only downside was that the safe wasn’t working, but everything else was great. No complaints about the room itself.

The room was fantastic, with a huge bathroom and super comfy beds that made for a great night’s sleep. They had a relaxing spa and a lovely indoor pool which was perfect for unwinding. However, the parking layout was a bit odd and made it tricky when coming in with the kids, so just keep that in mind! 😊

The staff provided good service, and the room was satisfactory. The location made it easy to explore the area. I enjoyed a hot stone massage which was quite relaxing.
Every bathroom I encountered was filthy. It was evident that cleanliness was not prioritized. This made the experience less pleasant.

Casino offers a wide variety of games. The room was clean and comfy. Unfortunately, housekeeping lacked attention to detail. Valet service is quick, but the smoking in the casino can be overwhelming.

Amazing room, amazing view, with a clean and neat luxury king room that made our stay enjoyable, and the helpful valet staff ensured our experience was smooth while we were just a 40 km drive from the airport.

Great customer service and clean rooms, but expensive luxury package felt basic.

missingWrote a review on Jun 08comfy accommodationsfriendly staffgreat food courtinoperative safe
The accommodations were comfy, and we enjoyed our time at the casino and attending an event. It was awesome that we could eat at the food court between our adventures, and the staff was super nice. Just a heads up, it does get a bit smoky in the casino, but overall, it's a great place to hang out.
Unfortunately, I did have a minor issue when I found out the safe in my room was inoperative. It was a bit worrying, but thankfully, the rest of the stay went well.

Family getaway gone wrong
Spent some quality time with my daughters watching them have fun at the pool (too bad we got kicked out). The staff were nice, they were obviously trying, and I enjoyed the well-furnished room – gave me some comfort after the day we had!
Not exactly a bargain, but it wasn’t a total loss.
